Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease three 8-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream softened butter with granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing in vanilla extract and melted white chocolate.
  5. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients alternately with whole milk until just combined.
