2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
½ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 egg
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or Swiss)
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon butter (for cooking)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
