  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush half of the glaze over each fillet.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes; then remove from the oven and brush with remaining glaze.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until cooked through and flaky.
  6. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
