  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into four pieces and reserve the icing.
  3. In a resealable bag, combine granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Add cut cinnamon rolls, seal, and shake until well coated.
  4. In a bowl, mix brown sugar with melted butter until combined.
  5. Place the coated cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan and drizzle with the brown sugar mixture.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for about 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
  7. Mix remaining pumpkin spice into reserved icing and drizzle over warm monkey bread.
