  • 2 packages graham crackers
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips and butter until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and powdered sugar, then let cool slightly.
  4. In a 9×13-inch dish, layer graham crackers followed by half of the pudding mixture. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers and the remaining pudding mixture. Top with another layer of graham crackers.
