  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  1. Cream softened butter and brown sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Gradually incorporate flour, baking soda, spices, and salt to form dough.
  3. Roll out dough and cut into pumpkin shapes. Chill in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 8-12 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Brush cooled cookies with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  6. Assemble by spreading melted chocolate on the bottom half of plain cookies and topping with decorated cookie halves.
