  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 3 ounces tomato paste
  • 1 cup bone broth
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, celery, and bell pepper; sauté until tender.
  3. Stir in jalapeno and garlic; cook for another minute.
  4. Mix in diced tomatoes and tomato paste; season with chili powder, cumin, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour in bone broth and let simmer uncovered for about 20 minutes.
