  • ⅔ cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons molasses

  • 1 cup strong coffee
  • ¼ cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
  • ¼ cup heavy cream (or coconut cream)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Bring to a boil while stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool.
