  • 3–4 large peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. For the crust, combine flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press into a lined 9×9-inch baking pan and bake for 15-18 minutes.
  3. Toss sliced peaches with sugar, flour, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Make the crumb topping by mixing flour, sugars, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly.
  5. Spread peach filling over the cooled crust and sprinkle crumb topping on top.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Cool completely before slicing into squares.
