  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

  2. Sauté cauliflower florets for 5-6 minutes until golden, then add sliced mushrooms and cook for another 4-5 minutes until tender.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook for 2 more minutes.
  4. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if using. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
