  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • For the cream cheese filling: 4 ounces softened cream cheese, 1 large egg, 1/4 cup sugar, and 3 tablespoons flour.

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased and floured 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the egg, pumpkin puree, sugars, oil, yogurt, vanilla, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in flour, baking powder, baking soda until just combined.
  4. Pour two-thirds of the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. In another bowl, mix all cream cheese filling ingredients until smooth and spread over the batter in the pan.
  6. Spoon remaining batter over the cream cheese layer and smooth gently.
  7. Bake for about 48 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center.
  8. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
