  • 2 cups fresh green beans
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil and stir-fry green beans for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger; stir for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Return chicken to skillet. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes; pour over chicken and green beans. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
