  • 3 pieces Chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound Pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
  • 6 pieces Kaiser rolls
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 34 teaspoons Garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Season chicken cubes with garlic herb seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until golden.
  2. 2. Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente; drain well.
  3. 3. Hollow out kaiser rolls to create bread bowls.
  4. 4. Brush the inside and edges of the rolls with a mixture of melted butter and garlic herb seasoning; bake at 375°F (190°C) for 4-5 minutes.
  5. 5. Combine cooked chicken, pasta, and Alfredo sauce in a bowl; mix well.
  6. 6. Fill each toasted bread bowl generously with the mixture.
  7. 7. Top with shredded parmesan cheese; return to the oven for another 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
